Ed & Renee Behr
Ed has been selling real estate in the Colorado Springs area
since 1985 and two years later his wife Renee teamed up with him to help with marketing
and assisting their clients. Ed continued his real estate education by earning
the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), the Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI). He is also an
expert with 1031-Tax Deferred Exchange and owns several rental properties to better
identify with investors.
Both Ed and Renee are very involved in the community. Since
2009, they have been involved in “Young Life,” a ministry that builds into the
lives of adolescents. They also founded “A Daughter’s Heart,” a non-profit
ministry created in 1997 to help foster the relationship between fathers and
daughters. In addition to their ministry work, Renee was the lead parent for
the class of 2007 at the Classical Academy, an incredible District 20 Charter
school.
Brandon Behr
Brandon is a Colorado Springs native. He attended the
schools, played in the parks, participated in community events, and supported
the local character and heritage. Now as an adult, he has chosen to live in
Colorado Springs and make his career as a REALTOR in the area. He discovered
his passion for real estate early, obtaining his licenses at 18 years old. At
CSU Fort Collins, he studied business and economics, which has equipped him
with a deep passion for understanding the inner working of the local market
trends and statistics. Brandon has worked alongside Ed & Renee, overseeing
marketing, technological development, and helped hundreds of buyers fulfill
their dreams of owning a home.
Leah Behr
Leah’s real estate career began in 2004 as a mortgage loan
consultant in Central California. There she learned the value of listening to
client’s needs and working diligently to exceed their expectations. She is
proud to join her husband Brandon at the Behr & Behr Team at the Platinum
Group, REALTORS. Together with Ed & Renee, they are dedicated to earning
